Never Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following privacy policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of privacy information in the "Reverse Audio Reverse Play" application ("Service").

Definition of Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to information that can identify a specific individual, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.

Information Collected

To provide, operate, and improve the Service, the Company collects the following information:

• Device information (OS type, device identifier, etc.)
• Service usage history (launch times, operation history, purchase history, etc.)
• Usage data collected via Google Analytics (e.g., number of users, screen views; not linked to personally identifiable information)
• Information provided when making inquiries (e.g., email address)
• Status of temporary files created as part of app operation (the contents themselves are not collected)

The Service does not upload recorded audio or audio generated by reverse processing (collectively, "Recorded and Generated Audio") to the Company's servers. Such data is, in principle, stored locally on the user's device. When the user chooses to share audio, temporary files may be created in the device's temporary storage for the purpose of sharing.

Audio Data Handling

Recorded and Generated Audio are stored on the user's device. When using the sharing feature, temporary files necessary for sharing may be created, but they are not automatically transmitted to the Company's servers. Users can delete temporary files via iOS settings or by using the in-app cache cleanup feature (Settings > Reset Data > Clean Cache).

Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To guide and support users
• To enhance the convenience and quality of the Service
• To comply with laws and regulations

Provision to Third Parties

The Company will not provide Personal Information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.

Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion

When a user requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of their Personal Information, the Company will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be changed without prior notice to users. Any changes will be notified within the app or by another method separately designated by the Company.
